Current rules for seasonal sites

  • The seasonal rent covers one household, including children under 18 living at home, as well as a dog and one car. An additional household can be added if desired.
  • Overnight guests pay the standard overnight fee. Day guests must check in at the reception upon arrival and must use the campsite’s parking lot.
  • The renter is responsible for complying with current fire authority regulations regarding a 3-meter distance to other trailers, etc.
  • If the renter removes their trailer during the rental period, the owner reserves the right to use the site. The owner will, as far as possible, ensure the site is available upon the renter’s return, provided the owner has been informed.
  • The renter is responsible for keeping the site tidy and clean. Digging, planting flowers, setting up flagpoles, etc., or erecting permanent windbreaks is not permitted. Setting up one small storage tent is allowed.
  • The provided containers may only be used for general waste. Other waste (old chairs, carpets, tents, etc.) must be removed at your own expense.
  • The site must be cleared at the end of the season. The owner is not liable for left-behind items, such as tents, etc.
  • Trimming hedges at your own boundary is the renter’s responsibility, as is mowing the grass. The top of the hedge is trimmed by the campsite staff. We request that hedge trimming be done before Midsummer whenever possible.
  • When renting a seasonal site, you are welcome to use the site as much as you like.

Winter storage

The trailer must be moved to the winter storage areas and placed so that it cannot be used for stays.
